We teach our clients to safely and effectively perform strength training exercises using kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells.

Our small semi-private training sessions focus on individual performance and results, while maintaining a high level of intensity.
Taking the time to teach all of our clients proper form is always our top priority, so we keep our group sizes small.
We don’t limit our strength training program to training with barbells and dumbbells. We use pushups, jump squats, lunges, and mountain climbing to build strength in our clients.
