At A&G’s Fitter Faster Stronger we believe that weight training is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.
We teach our clients to safely and effectively perform strength training exercises using kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells.

FOCUS ON INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE

Our small semi-private training sessions focus on individual performance and results, while maintaining a high level of intensity.

Taking the time to teach all of our clients proper form is always our top  priority, so we keep our group sizes small.

BODY RESISTANCE

We don’t limit our strength training program to training with barbells and dumbbells. We use pushups, jump squats, lunges, and mountain climbing to build strength in our clients.
